Oat Pancakes Recipe
Low-calorie cooking spray
110g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
250ml semi-skimmed milk
2 tsp TRKG S'mores Syrup
Toppings of your choice (we chose chocolate chips and mini-marshmallows)
Crack the egg into a large bowl, add the milk, flour, oats, and baking powder.
Mix well, add the syrup, and mix again.
Spray some low-calorie cooking spray into a frying pan, and when hot add in the pancake mix, flipping until brown on both sides.
Serve and add your favourite toppings!
