1. Add the spinach, apples, grapes, water and chia seeds to the blender.
2. Blend ingredients together till smooth.
3. Serve. See it's as easy as 1. 2. 3!
Makes approximately 500ml
On a side note, since making this smoothie, we have discovered a better way to blend the ingredients for a smoother result; add the spinach and water to the blender and blend together separately until smooth. Then add all the other ingredients and blend again. This should result in a smoother, less 'leafy' smoothie 😊
