We estimate our products lifespan as follows:

- Accessories - 2 years
Our guarantee covers against manufacturing defects.
- Broken or leaking lids
- Bottles or flasks which have lost their insulating properties
- Rattling bottles or flasks
Is Accidental Damage Or Wear And Tear Covered?
Unfortunately we cannot cover accidental damage or wear and tear of your SHO products.

Guarantee claims will only be approved by SHO if the product was purchased from an authorised distributor in brand-new condition. The Lifetime Guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and does not include damage or defects of any SHO product caused by improper use of the product, damage caused by cleaning, disassembly or modifications, or damage or defects caused by wear and tear, abuse, fire or acts of god.
