Guarantee claims will only be approved by SHO if the product was purchased from an authorised distributor in brand-new condition. The Lifetime Guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and does not include damage or defects of any SHO product caused by improper use of the product, damage caused by cleaning, disassembly or modifications, or damage or defects caused by wear and tear, abuse, fire or acts of god.
The SHO Guzzler Lid is a replacement lid designed for SHO Guzzler bottles, suitable for both 950ml and 1.9L sizes. It includes straws for each bottle size.
